Job Summary We are looking for an Architect with the capacity to run a Project from its inception to completion Qualification Level: Bachelor Experience Level: Entry level Experience Length: 2 Years Job Description the Architect will Perform all phases of architectural work Including planning, designing and oversight Of the construction. You will be involved In new building designs, extensions, Alterations with the goal to produce Sustainable, functional and aesthetically Pleasing designs. Responsibilities Control Project from start to finish to ensure high Quality, innovative and functional design Take the “brief’ to identify clients’ needs and put together feasibility reports and Design proposals Develop ideas keeping in mind client’s needs, building’s usage And environmental impact Produce Detailed construction drawings and make Any necessary corrections, person must Be a member of Association of Kenya (AAK) 2 years proven post-graduation Working experience as an architect In a busy practice. Strong portfolio to Demonstrate design skills. Excellent Design and drafting skills in computer- Aided design (CAD): AEC Suite (Revit, AutoCAD, Formit, 3D Max) Sketch Up, Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop or similar Software’s. Proficiency in Microsoft Projects and Office suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) Expert knowledge of building Products, construction details and relevant Rules, regulations and quality standards. Strong imagination and the ability to Think and create in three dimensions ‘Visual awareness and an eye for detail Communication, presentation and project Management skills Working knowledge of ISO 9001:2015,
