Job Purpose

Drive strategic operational performance across the area of operations by ensuring service delivery excellence, client satisfaction, and sustainable business growth while building high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of area-level operational strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
  • Establish, implement, and continuously improve standard operating procedures to enhance efficiency, quality, and compliance.
  • Monitor and evaluate operational performance metrics across operations area, using insights to drive improvements.
  • Lead risk management initiatives, including risk assessments, audits, and proactive mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure branch readiness through performance monitoring, resource allocation, and operational oversight.
  • Develop and maintain strategic client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify new business opportunities and contribute to revenue growth in the zone area.
  • Conduct periodic site visits and strategic engagement with potential and existing clients to understand their evolving needs.
  • Build and lead high-performing teams, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.
  • Conduct performance appraisals, coaching, and mentoring for branch staff and field officers.
  • Oversee staffing plans, leave management, and disciplinary processes in alignment with HR policies.
  • Prepare and present strategic reports on branch performance, client satisfaction, operational risks, and growth opportunities to senior management.
  • Analyze operational trends and client feedback to inform decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Participate in company-wide initiatives aimed at business growth and operational excellence.
  • Lead special assignments, investigations, and projects as directed by senior management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Security Management, or equivalent.
  • Strong knowledge of security operations and regulatory requirements.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and reporting systems.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking, leadership, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving ability to translate operational data into actionable insights.

Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in security operations management, with proven leadership and strategic planning experience.
  • Demonstrated success in client management, business growth, and operational excellence in a private security environment.
