  • Recruit, hire, onboard and train promoters placed at depots and agrovets across the hub.
  • Run daily calls and bi-weekly in-person visits with each promoter to coach performance, resolve issues, and keep them motivated.

Managing Digital Communication Associates (20% of time)

  • Visit each Digital Communication Associate bi-weekly, coach them on their calls, and review their performance.

  • Take part in select farmer-facing events run with or by Digital Communication Associates.

Direct sales to commercial farms (20% of time)

  • Manage a pipeline of around 10 repeat commercial-farm accounts and 10 active leads, visiting repeat accounts bi-weekly.
  • Close sales with these farms, and keep growing their repeat purchase volumes.

Reporting (10% of time)

  • Record and report hub sales performance every week.

Qualifications
