JOB DETAILS:

St Francis Research and Training College is an accredited college offering Healthcare courses, Foreign Languages and Technical courses.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver Competency-Based Education and Training (CBET) effectively
• Facilitate Theory sessions, Practical/lab/clinical sessions,
• Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and student assessments.
• Participate in Research activities and Innovation projects
• Ensure 100% syllabus coverage within timelines
• Supervise and assess students during attachment
• Maintain training records and support academic quality standards.
• Support student projects and exhibitions

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor of AI & Robotics/ AI & Data Science Options and any AI related degree
• Must be TVETA registered.
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
• Previous teaching or training experience.
• Strong knowledge of computer applications, networking, and emerging technologies.
