Kenya Medical Training College (KMTC) invites applications from competent, results-oriented, knowledgeable, dynamic, visionary and experienced persons to fill vacant positions at the College Headquarters and campuses across Kenya.

KMTC is a state corporation established by an Act of Parliament under the Ministry of Health. Founded in 1927, the College plays a central role in training health professionals and supporting the delivery of quality healthcare services in Kenya. Through its campuses and specialised programmes, the institution continues to contribute to the development of a skilled health workforce for the country.

The KMTC Board of Directors is seeking suitable candidates for positions in academic training, information communication technology, finance, human resource management, library services, supply chain management, administration, security, transport and office support. The available opportunities offer professionals and support staff a chance to contribute to the College’s mandate of producing competent healthcare workers and strengthening institutional service delivery.

The Artisan III will support maintenance and repair work on College facilities, equipment and installations. The officer will assist with technical tasks in the relevant trade area and help ensure that buildings and learning facilities remain functional. The role will contribute to the safe and effective operation of facilities at KMTC.

Responsibilities or duties

The officer will also support routine inspections, identify maintenance needs and carry out assigned repair work. The position will help minimise disruptions caused by faults in equipment or infrastructure. Through this role, the College seeks to maintain conducive environments for learning, training and administration.
