At Sun Power Products Ltd, we believe every asset tells a story. We're looking for a meticulous, analytical, and highly organized Asset Register Audit Officer to lead a company-wide fixed asset verification exercise and help strengthen our asset management systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct a comprehensive physical verification of company assets.
• Reconcile physical assets with accounting records, purchase records, and the asset register.
• Identify missing, surplus, damaged, and obsolete assets.
• Verify asset locations, custodians, serial numbers, and asset identification details.
• Update and validate the company's fixed asset register.
• Recommend asset tagging, repairs, disposals, and process improvements.
• Prepare professional audit reports with practical recommendations to strengthen internal controls.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Procurement, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• CPA (K), ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification is an added advantage.
• Proven experience in fixed asset audits, asset verification, or fixed asset management.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Excellent analytical, investigative, and report-writing skills.
• High integrity, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
