JOB DETAILS:
Assistant Accountant - Credit
Duties and Responsiblities
• Preparation of aging report as per company policy.
• Follow up with the business to ensure timely
• receipting and allocation of company funds.
• Assist the production team on debtor account reconciliation.
• Assist the production team on debt collection.
• Timely posting of withholding taxes and withholding VAT.
• Circularization of debtors.
• Reconciliation of debtor control accounts.
• Timely provision of audit schedules.
• Proactiveness in advising business on any spillovers
• Facilitate bank credits and mpesa receipting

Key Result Areas
• Reduction in unallocated receipts.
• Meeting 3days TOT on receipting
• Reduction in DSO.

• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office modules.

Professional and Academic Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in business related course or Actuarial Science.
• CPA part 2 or ICM Part 2
• 3 of years’ work experience in a credit control role

Experience in Months: 60

Level of Education: Bachelor Degree
