Key Responsibilities

  • Perform daily accounting entries and maintain accurate financial records
  • Prepare and review bank, cash, and supplier reconciliations
  • Assist in accounts payable and receivable management
  • Support month-end and year-end closing processes
  • Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records
  • Assist in preparation of financial reports and schedules
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting standards

Requirements

  • Strong numerical and analytical skills
  • Proven experience in reconciliations
  • Minimum of 2–3 years relevant accounting experience
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • CPA Section II or above
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks (mandatory)
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Available to join immediately
