Galana Energies is seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Assistant Accountant to provide financial and administrative support, ensuring efficiency and compliance with internal controls and regulations.

✓ Record day-to-day financial transactions in the accounting system. ✓ Perform monthly bank, supplier, and customer reconciliations. ✓ Monitor receivables, follow up on collections, and process supplier payments. ✓ Prepare and submit statutory returns (VAT, Withholding Tax). ✓ Reconcile inventory and assist in investigating variances. ✓ Support monthly management accounts and audit processes.
✓ Minimum 2 years of experience in Finance/Accounting (Oil & Gas preferred). ✓ Strong MS Excel and accounting software skills.
✓ Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Statistics, or related field. ✓ CPA (K) or ACCA certification.
