JOB DETAILS:

TS & RC was incorporated in March 2019 to provide a one stop shop for financial, tax, risk and management consulting services. The founding consultant has over 25 years in business consulting having worked at consulting, in-house roles and served as a Commissioner at Kenya Revenue Authority.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee accounting operations, month-end close, and financial reporting using QuickBooks and Excel-based models.
• Ensure compliance with all tax and statutory obligations (VAT, PAYE, WHT, NHIF, and NSSF).
• Manage payroll and supplier payments.
• Perform other accounting-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• CPA II qualification (a degree in Finance or a related field is an added advantage).
• At least 5 years of hands-on accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of Kenyan tax laws and statutory reporting.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and advanced Excel.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
