Role Summary:
The Assistant Director Regional Services will oversee regional human rights operations, ensuring effective service delivery and compliance with KNCHR mandates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead regional human rights services.
- Oversee complaints handling and investigations.
- Coordinate regional outreach and advocacy.
- Ensure compliance with KNCHR policies.
- Manage regional staff and resources.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Human Rights, Social Sciences, or related field.
- Master's degree is an added advantage.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in human rights or related field.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
