What They'll Do

  • Monitor and analyze production, inventory, and operational costs to identify risks, opportunities, and cost-saving initiatives.
  • Safeguard inventory through effective stock control, variance analysis, and stock take planning.
  • Prepare and monitor production budgets, cost-benefit analyses, and month-end financial provisions.
  • Process supplier invoices, employee claims, account reconciliations, and ensure timely and accurate payments.
  • Coordinate with supply chain teams to ensure proper receipt of goods and compliance with payment procedures.
  • Ensure accurate costing of imported materials and maintain proper financial documentation and ERP records.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce, Business Management, or a related field.
  • CPA Part II (or equivalent).
  • At least 2 years' experience in finance or accounting.
  • Strong knowledge of cost accounting, inventory management, ERP systems, financial analysis, and accounting software. .
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
