Job Purpose:
To support the Front Office Manager in overseeing all aspects of the front desk operations, ensuring the highest levels of guest satisfaction, and maintaining departmental standards. This role is pivotal in training staff, resolving guest issues, and managing the department in the manager's absence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing daily front office operations, including check-in, check-out, and guest billing.
  • Supervise, train, and motivate Front Office Agents and Supervisors.
  • Handle guest complaints and inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring swift resolution.
  • Monitor and maintain front office financial controls, including cashiering procedures and room rate audits.
  • Coordinate with other departments (Housekeeping, Maintenance, Reservations) to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Assist in scheduling staff and managing payroll within budgetary guidelines.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of the Opera PMS system and ensure team proficiency.
  • Perform duty manager responsibilities as required.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Diploma/Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a front office role, with at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity.
  • Proficiency in Opera PMS is mandatory.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
