Hiring: Assistant Manager - Polymer Sales

Are you a dynamic sales professional with a deep understanding of the polymer industry?
Our client is seeking a high-energy Assistant Manager – Polymer Sales to drive business development across East Africa.
This is a strategic role based in Tanzania, specifically seeking Kenyan citizens ready to take their career to the regional level.
? The Role Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s in Sales & Marketing or Polymer Engineering or a Graduate with a Diploma in Polymer Science.
Experience: 5–7 years in Polymer Sales or Flexible Packaging Solutions.
Technical Expertise: Strong technical knowledge of PP, PE, PVC, and specialty polymers.
Skillset: A proven track record in B2B sales, aggressive business development, and relationship management.
? Key Details
Location: Tanzania (with regional travel across East Africa).
Eligibility: Strictly restricted to Kenyan Citizens willing to relocate.
Joining: Immediate joiners are preferred.
Remuneration: Competitive salary based on experience and expertise.
Work Hours: 8
