Duties and Responsibilities

  • Prepare and load paper, adhesives and other production materials, and assist in setting up printing presses and pre-press equipment.
  • Monitor printing quality against approved colour charts and print samples, and report defects or deviations for corrective action.
  • Clean, maintain and safely operate printing equipment, and promptly report faults, breakdowns and maintenance requirements.
  • Label, organise and archive printed materials, maintain basic production records and logs, and support efficient production workflow.

Requirement for Appointment

  • K.C.S.E mean grade C (Minus) or equivalent.
  • Diploma in Printing Technology or related.
  • Proficiency in computer applications.
