Assistant Production Manager

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Degree in Industrial Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 1-2 years' experience in a manufacturing or production environment is an added advantage (preferably in fertilizer, chemical, or related industries).
• Basic knowledge of production processes, health and safety regulations, and quality control standards.
• Ability to operate machinery safely and efficiently.
• Attention to detail.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Self-motivated and can work under minimal supervision
• Willingness to learn and take initiative.
