JOB DETAILS:
Assistant Shop Manager- Nakuru at Mi Smart Homes
Welcome to Xiaomi store in Kenya, where cutting-edge technology meets affordable innovation. We have all Xiaomi products, ranging from smartphones and smart home technologies
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the promoter team for optimal performance
- Conduct stock verification and ensure inventory accuracy
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports
- Organize weekly trainings and recommend products based on insights
- Serve as cashier when needed
- Ensure smooth opening and closing of the shop
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail or store operations
- At least 6 months to 1 year in a supervisory or managerial role
Work Hours: 8
