KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Receive, inspect, store, and issue goods in line with approved procedures.

Maintain accurate stock records and support stock taking and reconciliation. Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment.

Ensure proper storage, organization, and compliance with Food & Beverage control standards. Support efficient inventory management and documentation.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Minimum 'O' Level Certificate.

Diploma in Purchasing & Supplies Management and/or Stores Management.

Basic Accounting knowledge will be an added advantage.

Minimum one (1) year experience in stores operations.

Knowledge of receiving, storage, issuing, and stock control procedures.

Proficiency in MS Office applications and inventory management systems (MC).

Basic understanding of Food & Beverage Control principles.
