If you are a hands-on logistics professional who enjoys running organised, efficient operations, we would like to hear from you. We are hiring an ASSISTANT WAREHOUSE MANAGER to support warehouse performance, stock accuracy, order fulfilment and safe, well-run processes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support daily warehouse operations to ensure accurate picking, loading and dispatch
- Improve stock flow and availability by applying FIFO/LIFO, monitoring fast and slow movers, and reducing backorders and stock-outs
- Drive efficiency and cost control by reducing lead times and minimising losses/breakages
- Maintain stock accuracy through cycle counts, stock takes, trackers and KPI reporting
- Lead and coordinate warehouse teams through supervision, coaching and overtime management
- Manage relationships with transporters, vendors and customers to keep operations running smoothly
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics or related field (FMCG preferred)
- Proven warehouse and logistics experience with strong planning, organisation and standards
- Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills

Experience in Months: 12
Level of Education: bachelor degree
