JOB DETAILS:

Location: Remote / Hybrid (primarily remote with occasional in-office collaboration)

Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Research & Logistics
• Accounts Payable & Receivable
• Personalization & Costing
• Reporting & Compliance
• Expenses Management
• Process Improvement & Collaboration
• Planning, Insights and Forecasts
• Identify, suggest, and help implement process improvements.
• Perform additional accounting and administration tasks as assigned.
• Managing a team of Accounting Interns.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA/ACCA part qualified.
• 2-3 years of practical accounting experience (internship experience considered).
• Solid understanding of fundamental accounting principles (e.g., accruals, ledgers, reconciliation); exposure to U.S. GAAP preferred.
• Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks Online Accounting); familiarity with ERP/Accounting systems a plus.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP's, formulas).
• Strong organizational, mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly, learn continuously, and take ownership of responsibilities.
• Experience leading a team of Accountants.
• Experience in a tech (web3 space) and startup environment.
• Exposure to multi-currency or international accounting.
