  • Strong knowledge of Kenyan labor laws & HR Best practices.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or a Business-related course.
  • 2–4 years of experience in HR in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in recruitment, employee relations, Performance Management, & Learning and development.
  • CHRP certification is an added advantage
