  • We’re looking for a passionate and curious Associate Software Engineer to join a fast-paced technology team in Nairobi. This role is perfect for recent graduates or early-career professionals who are eager to learn, grow, and contribute to developing high-quality software solutions using modern technologies. You’ll work alongside senior developers, gaining hands-on experience in .NET Core or Java development, software testing, and client solution delivery.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in the design and development of software applications using .NET Core or Java.
  • Support testing, debugging, and documentation of software.
  • Collaborate with the team to interpret customer reports and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Participate in the creation of test scenarios and implementation plans.
  • Investigate client requirements and help prepare technical and progress reports.
  • Provide support during deployments and troubleshooting.
  • Be open to domestic and international travel for project-related activities.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • Skilled or trained in .NET Core or Java.
  • Strong analytical and logical thinking with a passion for problem-solving.
  • Basic understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to learn, adapt, and travel as needed for projects.
