Role overview
We are seeking an experienced Audit Senior to join our audit team. The successful candidate will lead audit engagements, supervise junior staff, and ensure that audits are conducted in compliance with professional standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and finalize audit assignments in accordance with International Standards on Auditing (ISAs).
- Review working papers prepared by junior team members and provide guidance.
- Identify, document, and communicate audit findings and recommendations.
- Liaise with clients to resolve audit queries and provide value-adding insights.
- Ensure compliance with firm policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Mentor and coach junior auditors to support their professional growth.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- CPA/ACCA finalist or qualified (or equivalent).
- Minimum of 3-4 years’ external audit experience in a reputable firm.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and ISAs.
- Strong knowledge of Caseware Audit Software
- Excellent analytical, communication, and report-writing skills.
- Ability to manage multiple engagements and meet deadlines.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
