We are Hiring (Ladies) BAs for an Upcoming Day Time In-Bar Activation Only in Nairobi

Golden Marketing Company LTD

We’re urgently looking for very energetic and confident (ladies) to join our team as Brand Ambassadors for an upcoming in-bar Activation in selected outlets around Nairobi

Qualities We Seek;

• Confident, approachable, and naturally warm with customers in a social setting
• Well-groomed and presentable, with a clean, premium look that fits an in-bar environment
• Strong communication skills, can explain an offer clearly and keep conversations engaging
• High energy and stamina to stay active and upbeat from 2pm to 8pm
• Sales-driven mindset
• Reliable and punctual
• Conversational confidence in English/Swahili (and local language where relevant)
• Comfortable being photographed/filmed and representing the campaign in content moments

Qualifications;

• The promoter should have a good working smart phone
• Must be a resident of Kamakis, Ruiru, Utawala, Kangundo Road or the immediate vicinity for ease of mobilization, punctuality and route familiarity
• Sales-driven and target-oriented comfortable driving trial, closing on-the-spot purchases and sustaining high energy throughout the 2pm-8pm shift
