JOB DETAILS:

Key Responsibilities

• Prospecting and recruitment of new Members
• Retention of existing business
• Customer relationship management of the clients
• Cross selling of all Sacco products
• Preparation of regular reports
• Support the Marketing & Business Development and Marketing Manager in departmental planning and execution.
• Visit clients to get complaints/comments and handling complaints at the field level
• Liaison office in charge of ensuring that information is disseminated to members on time.
• Perform any other duty as may be assigned from time to time

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 12

Level of Education: bachelor degree
