Background
Viscar Industrial Capacity Limited is seeking dynamic, commercially driven, and innovative professionals to champion our business growth across engineering, safety, ICT, emerging technologies, and managed services sectors.
The Business Development Managers will be responsible for driving revenue growth, client acquisition, market expansion, strategic partnerships, and business development initiatives within their respective business units. The roles will focus on sales growth, solution development, market expansion and brand visibility, client relationship management, and achievement of business performance targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth and client acquisition.
- Develop and implement market penetration strategies.
- Build and maintain strategic client and partner relationships.
- Lead proposal development, bids, and contract negotiations.
- Support branding, marketing, and market visibility initiatives.
- Conduct market research and identify emerging opportunities.
- Prepare business development and performance reports.
- Support innovation and solution development initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation and Control, Industrial Automation, or related field.
- Certifications/training in innovation, AI, automation, or emerging technologies are an added advantage.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in business development or technology solutions, with at least 2 years in managerial capacity.
- Exposure to engineering technologies, automation, AI, or technical consulting is preferred.
