We are looking for a Business Development Officer who will play a key role in expanding the general

insurance portfolio hence driving the growth and success of the company. The incumbent will be

responsible for acquisition of new and profitable business through Independent Agents.

Identify and recruit independent agents for the company Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and agents Collaborate with cross-functional teams and other departments to develop and implement business development strategies Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients Increasing client base Reporting on successes and areas needing improvements Monitor industry trends and market conditions
Significant progress in professional papers,i.e.CIM, Dip Marketing, At least 5 years of experience in dealing with Independent Agents Strong communication and presentation skills Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets through Experience managing budgets and reviewing financial statements Ability and experience in recruiting independent agents
A Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Finance or Marketing and any other Business related field
