About the Role
As a Loss Control Associate, you will play a key role supporting the Loss Control team by assisting with daily tasks, client communication, reporting, and team operations for Vensure clients. No prior SST experience required—we provide training!
Skills & Requirements
- Advanced conversational English (C1)
- Minimum: High school diploma
- Preferred: Technical or administrative degree (aligned with HR/administration fields)
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Excellent written, verbal & interpersonal communication
- Ability to work under pressure and independently
- Understanding of professional standards
- Solid technical ability to identify, create, and present data
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook
- Candidates doing HR/admin internships or with minimal, stable experience are highly valued
Responsibilities
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) under leadership direction
- Communicate with clients and provide support
- Prepare reports and presentations
- Track projects and provide status updates
- Assist and provide backup to Loss Control Specialists
- Train administrative employees when needed
- Prioritize multiple tasks and resolve issues quickly
- Generate reports using Vensure platforms: Report Center, PRISM Portal, Client Space
- Support team members during vacation/sick days
- Perform other duties as assigned
