Job Overview

We are looking for a talented Django Developer with at least 3 years of experience to design, develop, and maintain high-quality web applications. The ideal candidate is proficient in Python and the Django framework, with a strong understanding of web development principles, RESTful APIs, and database management. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, efficient, and user-friendly solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web applications using Django and Python.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs for seamless integration with front-end and third-party services.
• Write clean, maintainable and efficient code following best practices.
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security.
• Collaborate with front-end developers, designers, and product managers to deliver cohesive solutions.
• Perform unit testing and debugging to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Manage database schemas and queries using ORM (e.g., Django ORM) and SQL.
• Participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to coding standards.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to enhance development processes.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of professional experience in web development with Django and Python.
• Strong proficiency in Python, Django framework, and related libraries.
• Experience with RESTful API development and integration.
• Solid understanding of relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Django ORM.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies (ReactJs,NextJs, JavaScript) for collaboration with front-end teams.
• Knowledge of version control systems, preferably Git.
• Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., pytest, unittest) for ensuring code quality.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker.
• Knowledge of front-end frameworks (e.g., ReactJs,NextJs).
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
