JOB DETAILS:
Join us as we build a powerful CRM + Dialer System for a fast-growing call center operation.
We’re looking for a skilled Backend Developer (Python/Django) to lead the development of scalable backend services, integrate telephony systems, and ensure system stability post-launch.
Key Focus Areas:
• Backend development using Django REST Framework
• API design and integration with VoIP/dialer tools (Twilio, Plivo, SIP, Asterisk)
• Database management (PostgreSQL/MySQL)
• Cloud deployment with Docker & CI/CD pipelines
• Collaboration with the Typescript frontend team
Ideal Candidate:
You’re experienced in Python, API security, and real-time features and you love building reliable backend systems that scale.
