JOB DETAILS:

Main Responsibilities:

• Bake and prepare all BUBBLY delights as per brand recipes and SOPS
• Handle proofing, mixing, baking, and finishing with accuracy and consistency.
• Keep a close eye on baking times, oven temperatures, and product quality.
• Maintain a spotless and hygienic workspace at all times.
• Follow daily production plans and meet order requirements efficiently.
• Assist with inventory checks and report any shortages.
• Comply with all food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Collaborate with the kitchen crew to meet production and service goals.s.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a bakery, café, or pastry kitchen.
• Expert of baking techniques, ingredient handling, and kitchen safety protocols.
• Excellent time management and the ability to work early shifts & flexible hours.
• Physically fit to handle long shifts and hands-on baking tasks.s.
