Position: Baker

Key Responsibilities:

• Production: Mix, shape, and bake signature breads and pastries
• Quality: Oversee product finishing, glazing, and decorative details
• Leadership: Supervise the bakery team and ensure strict HACCP/safety compliance
• Operations: Manage inventory, equipment maintenance, and workspace sanitation

Experience:

• 3+ years of professional experience
• Baking/Pastry Certificate

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of diverse pastry techniques
• Strong knowledge of HACCP and food safety
• A "coach-first" management style
• A creative, team-oriented, and initiative-driven mindset
