KEY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct safe ballon flights in accordance with aviation relagulations.
• Perform pre-flight and post-flight inspections.
• Ensure passenger safety and deliver an exceptional flight experience.
• Coordinate with the ground crew and the operations team.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Valid Commercial Balloon Pilot Licence (BBPL/CPL-B) recognized by KCAA or relevant aviation authority.
• Minimum 35 hours of flight experience.
• Strong knowledge of aviation safety and meteorological conditions.
• Excellent communication and passenger-handling skills.
• Flexible and willing to work early mornings and weekends.
• Experience operating in safari or tourism environments will be an added advantage.
