Responsibilities
The Bancassurance Officer will be responsible for:
- Promoting and selling insurance products to Sacco members.
- Identifying customer needs and recommending suitable insurance solutions.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
- Achieving sales targets and contributing to the growth of the bancassurance business.
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
Qualifications and Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Professional certification in Insurance (e.g., ACII, CII) is an added advantage.
- Proven sales experience in the insurance or financial services sector.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of insurance products and the Kenyan market.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience
A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in bancassurance or a related sales role.
