Responsibilities

The Bancassurance Officer will be responsible for:

• Promoting and selling insurance products to Sacco members.
• Identifying customer needs and recommending suitable insurance solutions.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
• Achieving sales targets and contributing to the growth of the bancassurance business.
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.

Qualifications and Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
• Professional certification in Insurance (e.g., ACII, CII) is an added advantage.
• Proven sales experience in the insurance or financial services sector.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Strong understanding of insurance products and the Kenyan market.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Experience

A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in bancassurance or a related sales role.

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 24

Level of Education: bachelor degree
