Job Role

We are seeking a Banquet Supervisor for a Ultra Luxury Beachfront Hotel in Mombasa. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing banquet operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and managing a team of banquet staff.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate banquet staff during events.
• Ensure high standards of service and guest satisfaction.
• Manage setup and breakdown of banquet areas.
• Train and mentor banquet team members.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Banquet Supervisor or similar role in hospitality.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of banquet operations and service standards.
