We are seeking an experienced, dynamic, and service-driven Bar Manager to lead our bar operations and deliver an outstanding luxury beverage experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily operations, inspiring a high-performing team, and maintaining the highest standards of quality, presentation, and guest satisfaction.

• Oversee the daily operations of all bar outlets within the resort
• Lead, train, and motivate bartenders and bar supervisors to 5-Star service standards
• Develop creative cocktail menus and oversee premium beverage offerings
• Ensure exceptional guest experiences through personalized and attentive service
• Manage inventory, ordering, cost control, and supplier relationships
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations
• Monitor budgets, sales performance, and profitability
• Collaborate closely with the Food & Beverage and Events teams.

• Proven experience as a Bar Manager or senior bar role within a luxury hotel or 5-Star resort
• Degree or diploma in any hospitality related courses
• Extensive knowledge of spirits, wines, cocktails, and current industry trends
