Bar / Restaurant Stocks Controller

Job Summary

Manage inventory for the bar and restaurant and ensure accurate recording, storage, and movement of stock.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and verify deliveries.
• Record incoming and outgoing stock.
• Conduct regular stock counts and reconciliations.
• Monitor stock levels and identify shortages or variances.
• Maintain proper storage and organization of supplies.
• Track expiry dates and minimize wastage.
• Prepare stock reports for management.
• Work closely with purchasing, kitchen, and bar teams.

Requirements

• Certificate/Diploma in Stores Management, Supply Chain, Accounting, or a related field is an advantage.
• Previous stock-control experience, preferably in hospitality.
• Good numerical and record-keeping skills.
• Computer literacy.
• High level of accuracy and integrity.

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 12

Level of Education: bachelor degree
