Key Responsibilities

• Process all customer transactions (cash, card, mobile payments) accurately and efficiently using our POS system.
• Handle cash drawer management, including opening/closing procedures, balancing, and preparing daily deposit summaries.
• Provide warm, welcoming, and prompt service to guests as they order and settle their bills.
• Issue receipts, refunds, and change, and address any billing inquiries with professionalism.
• Collaborate closely with bartenders and servers to ensure smooth order flow and accurate billing.
• Maintain a clean and organized cashier station and front-of-house area.
• Upsell promotional items or memberships with a positive attitude.
• Assist with basic bar-back duties during peak periods (e.g., restocking glassware, garnishes).
• Adhere to all company policies, including financial procedures and alcohol service regulations.

Qualifications & Experience

Diploma or bachelors in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.

Proven experience (1-2 years) in a similar role as a cashier, bartender, or server within a high-volume bar, restaurant, or hotel.
