Bar Soap Line Head

Bar Soap Line Head is responsible for overseeing the bar soap production line, ensuring efficient operations, quality control, machinery performance, staff supervision, and adherence to safety and manufacturing standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure production targets are met in terms of quantity, quality, and timeline.
  • Monitor process parameters and ensure adherence to approved formulations and SOPs.
  • Identify process deviations and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
  • Supervise, train, and evaluate line operators and technicians.
  • Coordinate with QC for in-process checks and final product release.
