BARTENDER

Job Summary

The Bartender will prepare and serve beverages professionally while providing excellent customer service and maintaining a clean, organised, and well-stocked bar.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve cocktails, mocktails, juices, soft drinks, and other beverages.
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Provide friendly and professional service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area.
• Monitor beverage stock and request replenishment when required.
• Ensure proper portioning and presentation of drinks.
• Handle payments accurately where required.
• Maintain bar equipment and work areas.
• Follow hygiene, health, safety, and responsible-service procedures.
• Respond professionally to customer requests and complaints.
• Work closely with the kitchen, floor staff, and supervisors.
• Report stock discrepancies, damaged equipment, or other operational issues.

Ideal Candidate

• Previous bartending or hospitality experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of beverage preparation and bar operations.
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
• Friendly, energetic, and professional.
• Good personal grooming and presentation.
• Ability to work flexible shifts and under pressure.

Level of Education: bachelor degree
