Job Summary:

We are seeking an energetic Bar Waiter to service our bar area. This role involves mixing and serving drinks, interacting with patrons, and maintaining the bar's cleanliness and stock.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to bar and lounge guests.
• Follow standard cocktail recipes and garnish drinks correctly.
• Check identification to ensure customers are of legal drinking age.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area.
• Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions accurately.
• Manage bar inventory and restock supplies (ice, garnishes, glassware).
• Engage with guests to ensure a lively and safe environment.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Proven bartending or bar-backing experience.
• Extensive knowledge of drink recipes and mixing techniques.
• Basic math skills for cash handling.
• Valid Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification.
