Bar/Restaurant Stocks Controller
Job Summary
The Stocks Controller will manage inventory for the bar and restaurant, ensuring accurate stock records, proper storage, and timely replenishment.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming stock.
- Maintain accurate inventory records.
- Conduct regular stock counts and reconciliations.
- Monitor stock movement, usage, wastage, and variances.
- Identify low-stock, damaged, or expired items.
- Ensure proper storage and organization of supplies.
- Prepare stock reports for management.
- Work with kitchen, bar, and purchasing teams to maintain appropriate stock levels.
Requirements
- Previous experience in stock control or inventory management.
- Hospitality experience is an advantage.
- Strong numerical and record-keeping skills.
- Good knowledge of inventory procedures.
- High level of honesty, accuracy, and attention to detail.
