Workforce HR Consultants is recruiting for restaurant positions in Gigiri,Karen, Westlands & Kilimani.
Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic Baristas to prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages while delivering outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare espresso-based drinks and other beverages.
- Maintain consistency in beverage quality.
- Operate and maintain coffee machines.
- Keep the coffee station clean and organized.
- Recommend beverages and menu items to customers.
- Process customer orders efficiently.
- Monitor coffee supplies and report stock needs.
Requirements
- Previous barista experience preferred.
- Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
