BARISTA / MIXOLOGIST

Job Summary

Responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee, specialty beverages, cocktails, and other drinks according to established standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare coffee, tea, juices, cocktails, mocktails, and other beverages as required.
• Follow standardized recipes and presentation requirements.
• Maintain cleanliness of beverage preparation areas and equipment.
• Monitor beverage ingredients and stock levels.
• Provide recommendations to customers where appropriate.
• Operate coffee machines, blenders, shakers, and other beverage equipment safely.
• Maintain appropriate portion control.
• Minimize wastage and report stock shortages.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety.
• Provide professional and friendly customer service.

Requirements

• Relevant experience as a barista, bartender, mixologist, or beverage-service professional.
• Knowledge of coffee and/or cocktail preparation.
• Good customer-service and communication skills.
• Creativity and attention to detail.
• Relevant training or certification is an advantage.

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 12

Level of Education: high school
