Barista/Mixologist

Job Summary

The Barista/Mixologist will prepare high-quality coffee, specialty beverages, and mixed drinks while delivering professional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare coffee, specialty beverages, and other drinks according to standards.
• Prepare cocktails and mocktails where applicable.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the beverage station.
• Operate and care for coffee and beverage equipment.
• Recommend beverages to customers and respond to special requests.
• Monitor beverage ingredients and communicate stock requirements.
• Maintain consistent quality, presentation, and portion control.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a barista, mixologist, bartender, or similar role.
• Knowledge of coffee preparation and beverage mixing.
• Creative approach to beverage presentation.
• Excellent customer-service and communication skills.

Level of Education: bachelor degree
