About the Role
Bridge Talent Group is seeking two enthusiastic, energetic, and professional Barmen to join a dynamic hospitality team based in Muthaiga along Thika Road. The ideal candidates will possess a passion for exceptional customer service, a vibrant personality, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Beverage Service: Prepare, mix, and serve high-quality drinks and cocktails according to established standards.
• Guest Engagement: Welcome guests warmly, take accurate orders, and provide excellent recommendations.
• Bar Operations: Maintain cleanliness, organization, and hygiene standards at the bar station.
• Stock Management: Monitor beverage inventory, restock supplies, and report shortages.
• Financial Integrity: Handle cash and digital transactions accurately using the POS system. 

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Barman or Mixologist in a busy hospitality setup.
• Attributes: Enthusiastic, energetic, groomed, and highly professional.
• Skills: Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills.
• Availability: Flexible to work evening shifts, weekends, and holidays. 

• Mix, prepare, and serve a wide range of beverages, cocktails, and mocktails to guests efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area at all times.
• Interact with patrons warmly, take orders accurately, and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Monitor bar inventory, track stock levels, and minimize wastage.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a positive attitude.

• Relevant professional certificate in Mixology, Bar Operations, or Food & Beverage service.
• Previous experience working as a Barman in a fast-paced restaurant or hotel setup.
