Position Overview
The Bartender will oversee beverage preparation, mixology, counter customer service, and stock management at Anuba Sports Club. The position requires a customer-focused professional capable of operating efficiently in a high-volume nightlife and sports club environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Beverage Service: Mix, craft, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to venue standards and guest orders.
- Bar Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and fully sanitized bar counter, glassware, and serving stations.
- Inventory Control: Monitor bottle counts, manage daily beverage stock reconciliations, and report restock requirements.
- Customer Hospitality: Deliver welcoming service, manage customer payments, and promote venue specials.
Minimum Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: Prior experience as a Bartender or Mixologist in a busy bar, lounge, or sports club setup.
- Skills: Strong beverage knowledge, order-taking accuracy, speed, and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Presentation: Professional grooming and a customer-centric attitude.
