Bartender duties include mixing and serving drinks, managing inventory, processing payments, and maintaining a clean bar area while ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to legal alcohol service laws.

Beverage Preparation: Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, including classic cocktails and custom orders, while ensuring they are visually appealing. Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, provide recommendations from the menu, and address any complaints or concerns professionally. Bar Maintenance: Keep the bar area clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies, including glassware, ice, mixers, garnishes, and liquor. Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, prepare garnishes, and place orders for new supplies to ensure the bar is well-stocked. Financial Transactions: Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions accurately using a Point of Sale (POS) system and manage tips. Legal Compliance: Check identification to verify the legal drinking age, monitor patrons for signs of intoxication, and responsibly refuse service to over-intoxicated individuals. Teamwork: Collaborate with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth service and contribute to menu development.
