Job Summary
The Beautician provides a wide range of professional beauty treatments designed to enhance clients' appearance, confidence, and well-being. The role includes skincare, facial treatments, waxing, makeup application, and other beauty services while delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Beauty Services
- Perform facials and skincare treatments.
- Provide waxing and hair removal services.
- Apply professional makeup for various occasions.
- Perform eyebrow shaping and tinting.
- Recommend beauty products and skincare routines.
- Conduct beauty consultations.
Client Experience
- Welcome and consult with clients.
- Deliver personalized beauty treatments.
- Build client loyalty through exceptional service.
- Handle client concerns professionally.
Hygiene & Salon Standards
- Maintain clean treatment rooms.
- Sterilize equipment and beauty tools.
- Follow health and safety regulations.
- Monitor stock levels and beauty supplies.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Certificate or Diploma in Beauty Therapy or Cosmetology.
- Minimum 1–2 years' experience in a professional beauty salon or spa.
- Knowledge of skincare products and beauty treatments.
- Excellent customer service skills.
