JOB TITLE: BEAUTY PRODUCT MARKETERS

JOB LOCATION: MALINDI & MOMBASA

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Promote and sell beauty and cosmetic products to customers in assigned locations
• Actively engage customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products
• Demonstrate product usage and benefits to drive customer interest and conversions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
• Achieve and exceed set sales targets on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
• Maintain attractive product displays and ensure proper merchandising standards
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with supervisors to ensure product availability
• Collect customer feedback and provide insights on market trends and competitor activities
• Participate in marketing campaigns, activations, and promotional events
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

• Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous experience in sales or marketing, preferably in the beauty or cosmetics industry
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Goal-oriented with a strong drive to meet and exceed targets
• Basic knowledge of beauty products, skincare, or cosmetics is an added advantage
